WE faced a nasty Lone Star sized rainstorm on the Dublin Ranch in Mission, Texas.
The old bunkhouse took a beating from the strong winds and leaky roof.
The mailman drove straight through. He's no fool.
WE hunkered down with good music, coffee and bagels like Good Texans!
